Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy. Choose your options (e.g. colour, type of flowers) and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to complete the order.
You can pay by cheque made payable to C. Esposito. We will require 5 working days for cheques to clear before we can despatch your goods.
Orders can also be taken by phone and will be processed in the same way.
Shipping And Handling
Because of the delicate nature of our goods we deliver all our orders using fully insured trusted couriers only.
Postage and packing rates are based on location. The shipping charge shown on your invoice is applicable to UK mainland only. For all other locations you will be informed separately of the charge, before your order is processed, and given the option to cancel. UK charges are £3.50 per order, free over £25.
For non-UK locations, orders over £60 will pay only 50% p&p, orders over £100 will have no p&p.
Delivery Schedule
All our candles are hand-made to order, we therefore require 14 days under normal circumstances. If we need longer than this then we will contact you.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Guarantee
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order then please contact us and we promise to make every effort to remedy the problem. We pride ourselves on an extremely high-level of customer satisfaction. Most of our orders come from existing customers or referrals from them.

Returns Policy
As all our candles are made to order returns, other than for faulty or damaged goods, are discretionery based on the individual cirmcumstances. We want you to be entiirely satisfied with our service and shop again with us. We promise to make every effort to satisy your requirements.
Remittance Terms
Cheques must be sent in time to clear (please allow 5 working days) before we can despatch your order. Please make cheques payable to C. Esposito.
